CLUB
MANAGER
Counting who’s available in a chat thread. Rebuilding the line-up every time someone drops out. Starting from nothing when EA wipes the stats. Club Manager exists because we’d had enough.

Frequently asked questions
What is Club Manager?
A management tool for EA FC Pro Clubs sides: availability, line-ups, calendar, squad, statistics. A Discord bot for players, a web dashboard for staff, the same data on both sides.
Who is it for?
Clubs that run regular sessions and waste time counting heads in a chat thread. No technical skills needed.
How do I set it up?
You invite the bot to your Discord server, create your club from the dashboard, and you’re running. One server can host several clubs, each kept separate.
Do my players need an account?
No. Players use Discord and nothing else. Only staff sign in to the dashboard.
Where do the statistics come from?
From EA for the club’s matches, plus whatever staff record themselves. Since EA wipes the stats every season, Club Manager keeps its own history: your club’s data doesn’t vanish.
Why is it paid when other bots are free?
A free tool is funded some other way, or it stops. Club Manager isn’t a weekend project: it’s the tool our club uses every week, hosted, backed up, kept up to date. The subscription pays for that, and guarantees we never need advertising, or to sell your players’ data.
What happens if I stop paying?
The bot and dashboard go dormant, but your club’s data is kept for 90 days. Resubscribe within that window and everything is still there. After 90 days it’s deleted.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Fourteen days from the moment you add the bot, one per server. No payment is required to start, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
The bot isn’t assigning the roles I configured. Why?
Nine times out of ten it’s the role hierarchy. Discord only lets a bot assign roles positioned below its own in the server’s role list — that’s a Discord rule, not a Club Manager setting. Open Server Settings → Roles and move the “Ascent Club Manager” role above every role it needs to hand out. Nothing is lost in the meantime: the bot checks before acting, and never applies a role halfway.
Who builds Club Manager?
Ascent, for its own use first. It’s open to other clubs because they have the same problem.
Does Ascent pull data from VirtualProGaming?
No. VirtualProGaming does not offer official access to its data for third-party tools, and its terms of use reserve the site’s content for personal, non-commercial use. We do not build a paid feature on data we have no right to use, and that could disappear without notice. If VirtualProGaming opens official access one day, we will look into it.
Ready to try it?
Invite the bot, create your club, run your first match night.
Ascent requires a subscription on the server where you add it, after a fourteen-day free trial. Without one it goes dormant: your data is kept for 90 days, and everything comes back if you subscribe within that time.
