Ascent
Our beginnings

Our story

From the first idea to the founding of the club. The story of a project built to last.

The origins

Building our own model

Ascent’s story begins in 2026, on the initiative of Ashka, who was surrounded by a group that shared the same demanding view of competition. The initial idea was clear: rather than waiting to find the ideal club, it had to be built from the ground up, taking the time it required. What began as conversations between enthusiasts very quickly became a serious commitment, carried by a management team determined to do things properly.

Even before the first recruitment began, the management’s priority was to structure the club’s foundations. From building our own management tools to defining our sporting project, every decision was carefully considered. It is that early investment and that behind-the-scenes work that give Ascent its strength and stability today.

Our identity

The climb as our philosophy

The name Ascent was self-evident. It states our view of competition directly: the climb. We see progress as a continuous, methodical and steady process, in which each level cleared makes it possible to consolidate the next.

That will to climb through the ranks is faithfully reflected in our emblem. The club’s identity is built around a golden arrow with clean, geometric lines. Evoking the solidity of a mountain, this design symbolises our determination to reach the summits, while resting at all times on solid, unshakeable foundations.

The management

Rigour in the service of the collective

At Ascent, our sporting project comes with a rigorous internal organisation. Running the organisation rests on a close-knit management team in which roles are clearly divided. Each works in a coordinated way to guarantee a stable, serious framework in which our squads can progress.

To support that work and run the club with precision, we chose to develop our own in-house solutions. With a bespoke automated system, our staff centralises all the day-to-day logistics: attendance, session planning and statistics tracking. This dedicated infrastructure lets the management structure the club methodically and focus on what matters.

Our principles

Values that shape who we are

If our organisation lets us move forward, our values define the way we do it. At Ascent, we hold that solidarity is the real engine of any success. More than a competitive organisation, we are a group bound by mutual support and everyday consideration for one another. Every member knows they can rely on the collective to face difficulties and overcome challenges together.

That cohesion lets us cultivate our main ambition: going beyond one’s own limits. We encourage each of our players to push their limits in pursuit of excellence, but never at the expense of ethics. The esport we stand for is an open and inclusive space. Fair play in game, absolute respect for our opponents and responsible conduct off the pitch are non-negotiable conditions for representing our colours.

Our ambitions

Progress, one step at a time

For Ascent, success is not measured by how fast we climb, but by how solid each level cleared is. Our first objective is not to chase short-lived results, but to make the club last. We want to build an enduring organisation, able to develop steadily while keeping the rigour that is our strength.

Rather than making grand promises, we prefer to let our work speak for us. Our intention is to establish ourselves gradually as a serious and respected organisation on our current scene. In time, once our foundations are fully consolidated, that same method will let us take our colours into new games.
