Terms of Use — Ascent Club Manager

These terms apply to the Ascent Club Manager Discord bot and web dashboard (“the Service”). By adding or using the Service on your Discord server, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please remove the bot from your server.

1. Description of the service

Ascent Club Manager is a Discord bot together with a web dashboard, intended for the management of EA FC Pro Clubs sides: player registration, attendance and match-night management, publication of line-ups, statistics (internal and EA FC), squad management and automation.

2. Conditions of access

  • Activating the Service on a server is subject, after a 14-day free trial, to a valid licence / active subscription (see §4) and to the publisher's approval.
  • The publisher reserves the right to refuse or suspend access for any server, without justification.
  • The Service is reserved for Discord servers relating to the management of Pro Clubs sides.

3. Acceptable use

By using the Service, you undertake to:

  • not attempt to circumvent, hack or abuse its features (including the licensing mechanisms);
  • not use it for illegal or malicious purposes, or for purposes contrary to the Discord Terms of Service;
  • not automate interactions in an abusive manner;
  • respect other users.

4. Subscription and payment

  • Access may require a monthly subscription (“Licence”).
  • Payment, automatic renewal and billing are handled by Discord through its subscription system and its payment partner Stripe. The terms governing payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are those of Discord.
  • The publisher does not directly collect your payment and stores no banking data.

5. Availability, absence of support and discontinuation of the service

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, and with no guarantee of continuous availability. The publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service — including the bot — at any time, with or without notice, in whole or in part.

The Service is offered with no obligation of assistance: the publisher is under no obligation to provide usage support, to respond to requests for help, to fix bugs, or to carry out maintenance or updates. No technical support is guaranteed.

6. Liability

The publisher cannot be held liable for loss of data, service interruptions or damages resulting from use of the Service. Use is at your own risk. The Service is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Electronic Arts or Discord.

7. Personal data

The processing of data is described in the Privacy Policy (https://ascent-esport.com/en/privacy).

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be modified at any time; the date of the last update appears at the top of the page. Continued use of the Service after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
